All the staff was really wonderful (Brian sent someone to the convenience store down the street to get my husband a Sprite!!). Kyle did a great job as our sales agent. My family has dealt with Bill Estes Chevrolet for about 15 years now, purchasing a total of 5 vehicles. When it was time to look for a new SUV I became interested in the Ford Escape. I decided to call Bill Estes Chevrolet and spoke with my mechanic, Mark Phillips, whom we've known for years. I asked him for a referral and he sent me to Mike Parham at Bill Estes Ford. Mike was very personable, listened to exactly what I wanted, and didn't push us into anything we weren't sure of. We test drove a few models and knew immediately when we sat in the right Escape that it was the one. Dustin McAfee showed us everything we needed to know about the Escape to get us up and running in no time. We came in at 8:30 and walked out before noon with our brand new Escape and we couldn't be happier. More

After comparing the pricing from Estes along with the reviews and projected ownership costs on Kelly Blue Book the Escape from Estes was the clear winner and the ease of the transaction only added to enforce the decision. I was able to communicate my final decision to Estes about noon on Saturday and drove away with my new escape by mid-afternoon, even after a nice overview of the vehicle and automated systems by the Estes technology personnel. I have had the Escape 2 days now and still have not had a chance to play with all the new goodies, but I look forward to learning more each day. I would recommend anyone shopping for a new car to stop by Estes and see what may be available there. More
