Mike was very personable, listened to exactly what I wanted, and didn't push us into anything we weren't sure of. We test drove a few models and knew immediately when we sat in the right Escape that it was the one. Dustin McAfee showed us everything we needed to know about the Escape to get us up and running in no time.
