During the walk to kill time Mike Parham asked if there was anything he could help us with and we said no at the time simply gave us his business card with no pressuring tactics to continue chatting and continued our walk but came across the new Explorers so impressed that we went in search of Mike to ask some questions and ended up test driving the Explorer. We had always dealt with and owned Chevrolets but always desired a Ford thinking they were always out of our reach! Our time at Bill Estes Ford was so comfortable and they certainly went out of their way to make our experience a happy one that not only did we purchase the Explorer but also a new Fusion! Everything was great except I waited 1 hour and 40 mins for them to clean the car and it was still dirty. I had to go home and wash the mirrors, the windshield inside and out, because you could still see w for them to clean the car and it was still dirty. The back window was dirty when I looked my rear view mirror it wasvery dusty. So why did I wait that long for a dirty car. If it had been clean I wouldnt have mind waiting. Everything else was fine.
