A drunk driver pulled out in front of my wife and totaled her 2011 Ford Escape. I did a web search for an identical model. Bill Estes Ford had one and I did not look further. Jason met me at the door and showed me the vehicle. Sitting down and talking about our situation, he explained that we could get into a 2012 for almost identical money. This was a great option for us. I really hate car shopping, but Jason was very helpful, courteous and friendly. I never felt pressured, but that Jason was there to serve me. We were going to buy with cash, but Ford had a rebate on which saved us an additional $750 if we financed. Chris explained the details; pay the first 3 payments and pay in full on the fourth for our maximum savings. He, too, was very helpful, courteous and friendly. You can add Brandon, the tech guy, to that list, too. We've purchased used cars from Bill Estes Chevy before and the Bill Estes organization must work hard at creating a customer friendly environment. That's what I experienced at Bill Estes Ford, too. I give them a five star recommendation. More
My wife and I have purchased several vehicles over the years, but I can never remember having such a good experience as we had today when we bought a new F-150 XLT pick-up. Everyone that we dealt with was very nice and professional. What had been a "come and see" visit turned into a trade in the old truck and get a brand new one. The whole process from finding a new truck on the lot, test driving it, trading in the old truck and financing the new one only took a couple of hours. Many thanks to Mike Parham and the rest of the staff at Bill Estes Ford that made us feel so welcome and made this purchase such a pleasant experience. More

I found a 2011 Ford Ranger Sport on line that I ""really" liked. My Husband and I went to look at it on July 4th. The pictures on line was exactly what the vehicle looked like. My Husband e-mailed the dealership on Friday and then talked to them on the phone. We went to the dealership on Friday July 6th to trade in our 2000 Mountaineer and purchase the Ranger if the price was right. We arrived at Bill Estes at 5 PM and was greeted at the door and talked to Bill for a few minutes and then we took the Ranger for a test drive. They were looking at the Mountaineer while we were test driving the Ranger. As soon as we got back the price that was discussed on the phone was the price that was agreed on the first time. There was no going back and forth and haggling on a price, which made me very happy. Shortly after that we met with Chris and we left Bill Estes shortly after 6 PM. I have purchased a number of vehicles and this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! Everyone at the dealership was very nice, friendly and down to earth. I would definately go back to Bill Estes in Brownsburg. More

And they didn't even mind that my 3 year old son was playing in the showroom, and even said he was the best behaved kid they had in their showroom. More
