I had an appointment set up to meet with Mike Parham on a Monday at 7pm to look at a specific vehicle. When I got there they could not find it on the lot. Two hours earlier the car had been sent to auction Monday at 7pm to look at a specific vehicle. When I got there they could not find it on the lot. Two hours earlier the car had been sent to auction. Well needless to say I was disappointed. I test drove another car and well my mind was set on the other one. So after the test drive Mike got a hold of a manager (not sure which one) and he said they would get the car back. So the next day, I came back and test drove it and with in an hour or so... We did buy a used car, and Kyle was able to contact the previous owner and provide us with maintenance records for our new used car. I knew that this was an unusual request. Kyle went above and beyond all that we required, and I would like to recommend him as a sales person to all of my friends. I simply cannot say enough good things about Bill Estes Ford, or about Matt Westenkirchner and Matt Crick. This was actually a car (Ford Flex) I found on Autotrader.com. Answered about 10 questions I had about the car, going so far as to walk out to the car in the lot three times to physically check for the answers to my questions. When we determined that the car was exactly what I was looking for, he then went and worked with Matt Crick, the used car Manager, to get me a price that was not only competitive: it was THE BEST PRICE FOR THE MODEL/MILEAGE ON THE ENTIRE INTERNET, including autotrader.com, eBay, Carmax, and others. They got me a phenomenal deal on the car. And believe me, I shopped. Here's where it goes from good to GREAT: They are down in Indiana, I am in Wisconsin--200 miles apart. After I got an awesome deal and wired them the cash for the car, THEY HIRED A DRIVER and drove the car to me! To save me the inconvenience of having to have my wife or friend drive me all the way there and pick up the car from them. When they delivered the car, it was IMMACULATE. My wife's comment was "I thought you were getting a used car, not a new one?" I said, "Honey, it IS a used car," and I showed her the mileage on it. I mean, the car was spotless. I am looking for an F150 in the near future, and I will be doing all I can to buy it from Matt Westenkirchner at Bill Estes Ford, because he and the people behind him are courteous, knowledgeable, HONEST, real good Indiana folks AND THEY WORK THEIR BUTTS OFF.
