I wanted to buy a new Ford Fiesta, I had looked and been to the dealerships locally with little to no help. I did a search and used the internet and made a few phone calls to Bill Estes and from the very be to the dealerships locally with little to no help. He was honest, answered all my questions and did not pressure me at anytime. Made sure to ask what it was I wanted and if there was anything else he could do. I have NEVER been treated so well in car buying experience! When working with Chris Elder again, kindness and honesty were present. He made sure that I understood everything that was taking place and was comfortable. He offered me different packages for my car and there was never any pressure. My wife and I decided to stop at the dealership to see if they had a used muscle car. As we turned into the sales lot we saw just the car that we had been searching for. We finally went inside to do some calculations and again Bill was very straight forward and did his part with professionalism. I was unprepared and had not done my homework before going shopping, Bill understood and did not put pressure on me to do something. Brian Weddle then assisted with the deal and I did not recognize a good deal when it was looking me in the face. Upon completing my research, I contacted Bill and Greg Floyd by phone and an excellent deal was made. Upon returning to the dealership, Greg and Bill were ready, the car was ready and the process of taking delivery was very smooth. Even though I was looking for something very specific, I did notice this dealership had a very good selection of all types of vehicles and many to pick from. I had never been to this dealship before and they treated a stranger with professionalism. More

We knew what we wanted our payments to be and Brian was able to get us 2 vehicles and keep our payment just below what we tol and bought 2 vehicles. I was looking at a used car. I am from Canada. I emailed the dealership and got a very quick response, first by email, then by phone. I asked for the best price on the vehicle and I received a call emailed the dealership and got a very quick response, first by email, then by phone. Since I was not at home when I received the call, I asked to have the price and all costs emailed to me while I checked out the shipping costs. I did not receive the email. Two days later, I emailed asking for a copy of the car fax. I did not receive it. The following day, I called the dealership and was told that the car sold that very day for a lower price. I was not impressed to say the least! Apparently, this dealership is not friendly to "out of town" customers. More
