Our consultant Mike Balkas, was great! He took what could have potentially been an overwhelming experience and turned it into a simple matchmaking process. Before we started "shopping", Mike asked several questions to really find out what our needs were. He was very knowledgeable when showing us our options and never hesitated to offer a test drive. Needless to say, he found us exactly what we were looking for that same day!!! Chris Elder, walked us through the entire financing process. He was very detailed in explaining our options every step of the way. He also informed us about additional services that they offer to protect our investment. Before we left, they had a member of their on-site technical team (sync) my phone up to my Escape and offered a complimentary tutorial. They also encouraged me to swing by at any time w/o an appointment should I need any further assistance. After getting it jump started, I drove my 2007 Mustang GT to Bill Estes at 12:15 in the afternoon and told them I had to be at Ben Davis University to teach at 1 PM. They offered to take me to school, 25 mi to Bill Estes at 12:15 in the afternoon and told them I had to be at Ben Davis University to teach at 1 PM. They offered to take me to school, 25 minutes away, I chose to wait on the installation of a battery instead. They understood my rush and had me off and on my way very quickly.
