Very positive buying experience! Owen was friendly and patient with us throughout the buying process showing us multiple models and working with us to get the car we wanted at the price we needed. Needless to say, he found us exactly what we were looking for that same day!!! Chris Elder, walked us through the entire financing process. He was very detailed in explaining our options every step of the way. He also informed us about additional services that they offer to protect our investment. Before we left, they had a member of their on-site technical team (sync) my phone up to my Escape and offered a complimentary tutorial. After getting it jump started, I drove my 2007 Mustang GT to Bill Estes at 12:15 in the afternoon and told them I had to be at Ben Davis University to teach at 1 PM. They offered to take me to school, 25 mi to Bill Estes at 12:15 in the afternoon and told them I had to be at Ben Davis University to teach at 1 PM. They offered to take me to school, 25 minutes away, I chose to wait on the installation of a battery instead. They understood my rush and had me off and on my way very quickly.
