In my line of work I spend quite a bit of time doing work in a lot of different car dealerships and have met a lot of people in this line of work. Out of all these people I have never met a better group of p in a lot of different car dealerships and have met a lot of people in this line of work. Out of all these people I have never met a better group of people selling cars under one roof. I felt very welcome and that they truly cared about doing everything in their power to get me the best possible deal. I was given a more than fair value for my trade in. These guys treat everyone the same whether you have $5,000 dollars or $50,000 dollars to spend on a vehicle. This is my second vehicle I have purchased this year from Bill Estes Ford and i guarantee I will never go anywhere else. More

I called Brian the night before we came into the dealership to see if he would bring a car from another dealership for comparison and he immediately calle me back with an answer. Our experience in making our recent Ford Escape purchase was a pleasant change from the usual high pressure tactics utilized by most big dealers. Owen was patient and genuinely listened to us describe what we were hoping to purchase. He worked with us until we were able to come to an agreement. Then we signed the purchase agreement with Greg.
