When I pulled into the dealership my expectations were pretty low. I owed way too much on the car I was currently driving (that was falling apart) and I really just kind of wanted to see what I would need pretty low. I spoke with Mike Parham and he took some basic information, had dustin get my current vehicle appraised and came back to me in less than an hour with what they could offer me. I was shocked and excited. Mike was so nice and asked me what I wanted in a vehicle and found one that perfectly matched what I was looking for. He worked diligently with Chris Elder and the finance department to assure I received the best deal possible and when it was all said and done, I had a newer more reliable vehicle, with and extended warranty (made possible by Mikes generosity)for very little down and a monthly payment that was not much more than what I was currently paying. I was very impressed. Chris Edlridge even continued to work with the banks and lenders to sweeten the deal and lower my monthly payments even more. He worked quickly so that I could get home as it was late and despite a malfunctioning printer was able to get me moving on in no time at all. The car I purchased was a previously owned vehicle, however it was in immaculate condition when I got out of Chris's office thanks to Dustin McAfee. He even took the time before I left to program my phone into the bluetooth feature in my new car (totally cool! I used it all of the way home!) I have a daughter in college who will be looking to buy a vehicle within the next year and I will definitely bring her in to see Mike and the gang! I would recomment Mike Parham and Bill Estes Ford to anyone. I have never received such excellent customer service in a car dealership. More

He was easy to deal with and the smile he had when I arrived never left his face through till closing time and all the papers were signed. He was attentive, but not overbearing and easy to talk to. Great experience. Greg has a great attitude toward the large amount of paperwork to sign and makes the time in his office fly by. Great personality and very knowledgeable about every aspect of warranties and financial issues. He remembered my name when I came in the second day and greeted me like we were old friends. I would recommend these two gentlemen to EVERYONE I know. When the wife's car finally dies, I will be headed back to Bill Estes in Brownsburg to shop with Patrick and Greg. More

I drove up to indianapolis from new orleans after bidding on auto on ebay auction. When i arrived and was walking up to the front door, an Estes employee was right behind me also walking in from the parking on auto on ebay auction. I said yea; how did you know that ? He said he saw ny license plate on my car was from Louisiana and they knew i was coming. WOW! Talk about friendly !! lol Anyway, Patrick did fanatastic in coordinating the entire process from my bidding to when i arrived. I did bid on 2 other auctions closer to home, but those "sales" people acted like i was bothering them. Its nice to then have someone like Patrick WANT to sell me a car. I was hoping there would be no problems as it was a 900 mile drive up and 900 miles back to new orleans, and there wasn't. Thanks to Patrick doing MORE than his part, and then Chris Elder, the deal went smooth AND FAST. No "come-on" B.S. My experience was pleasant beyond all expectations. On the biz side, CHRIS KNOWS HIS JOB !! Tremendous help to wrap up the paperwork and get me on the road to drive home. Great duo there. More

My wife and I purchased a used Ford Ranger in June of 2012. We were hedging on the purchase until the sales staff threw in a Wheelz Warranty. Less than 500 miles later, and multiple trips to the shop, we are now paying another $200. Surprise, surprise, the warranty does not cover the work. This makes our total outlay since purchase over $1000. The warranty has covered nothing and I am feeling like an idiot for trusting this establishment. Unless some good word comes from Bill himself quite soon, I will not have much good to say about Bill Estes Ford. More
