We were very pleased with the individual service provided especially by Tony Lehn the sales person. We had two "blips" during the process that concerned me but they were worked out; one occurred during the f especially by Tony Lehn the sales person. We had two "blips" during the process that concerned me but they were worked out; one occurred during the final negotiations when we had an agreed on price and I was going to pay cash - at the last minute the Business Mgr came to us and said the only way we could get that final price was to finace the vehicle through Ford Credit. I came close to walking away from the deal but finding out I could pay off the loan in 4 months made it a bit more tolerable, even thought it will cost me an additional $140+ out of my pocket. The second, less concerning point, was how long it actually took to get the additional accessories that I ordered - it was over two weeks from when we purchased the car until we were able to get it in for their installation. Once they came in, the process was very smooth and quick. Overall, I am very pleased with Bill Estes and would recommend them to anyone I come in contact with................ More

Tony contacted me at home we talked about a couple of trucks they had on the website.So when when I went there the next day both were there and ready for test drive ,I only drove one liked it ,but I look trucks they had on the website.So when when I went there the next day both were there and ready for test drive ,I only drove one liked it ,but I looked at the other and another truck but choose the one I test drove.I went back the next day to put an offer on it,Tony was off but he told me that in advance.So I worked with Brian to make an offer they accepted. Then Zac finished the paper work for everything. The entire staff was very friendly, Will working with Brian , him working on the offer other emloyees made several offers of drinks while I was waiting.Very good place to buy from.Brian had it ready for me to take delivery, but then I had no way to get my car home,so i waited another day called Tony for delivery that day . He had it ready when I arrived.As far as just ok on price is on me, I'm not good at negotiating, I might have been able to better dont know. More
