Tony made this car buying experience way easier that I expected. He was eager to show me the cars smaller/larger to ensure I was going to end up with the right car for me and my family. Rather than other dealer I've dealt with in the past where you might take 20 minutes to go back and forth 1 time, I think we went back and forth 2 times in less than 10 minutes. Greg was additionally excellent in answering any questions I had yet very efficient in moving me through the financial closing process. While I'm not exactly in the market to buy another car in the near future, when I do get to that point, I'll be sure to check out Bill Estes Ford first and would love to work with Tony again. More
