I had an issue with my truck. It had been to several repair shops. I spoke to the service mgr Jerry Williams, and he took the the time to verify my concern and even gave me 2 different repair options. I repair shops. Brian Brickler's persona is very professional without coming across too formal and out of touch with the customer's shopping for a new Ford vehicle. Brian was diligent in working with my 20 year old daughter but conscientious about keeping me (her dad) informed throughout the whole process. Matt Crick collaborated with Brian and finished the sales deal by knocking the whole deal out of park in correlation to a great leasing deal, percentage rate, and overall concern for providing the best deal for my daughter. Darryl Humbracht put the final impression upon the whole deal through a checks and balance of making sure my daughter was happy, I was satisfied, and that the Estes personnel had done their job above and beyond. My daughter is leasing a Ford Focus SEL with all the options except for heated seats and touch screen.
