He was able to work with the sales manager to get me a great deal on my new car. Greg Floyd was a friendly face that made me feel comfortable and in control of my financial paperwork. He also did an excellent job going over protection plans without pressuring me to buy coverage I did not need. My husband’s car broke down a couple of weeks ago and of course it had happened at the worst time for us. I had just started back to work, which made carpooling a nightmare for our family. We decided to test of faith and look for a vehicle that was in our very limited budget. Not to mention, we did not want another car payment at this point in our lives. We looked at buying directly from an owner and went to a few additional lots. We had no success because all of the vehicles were well out of our budget. We were actually told we will not find a vehicle on a lot for our budget until we had arrived at Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg. When we had arrived, the place was so nice that we knew we were not going to find anything there as well. We had spoken to Mike and he introduced us to Tony. It was hard for our family to tell them our story and that we probably could not afford anything on their lot. But, they treated us so well and worked to get us into a vehicle. To our surprise, we had several vehicles to choose from and were more than what we had expected to get for the money. We drove away with a very nice car paid in cash with a full tank of gas, inside and out detailing and a certificate for a free oil change. My first impression of Bill Estes Brownsburg Ford was formed when I received an response from Brian Brickler almost instantly after emailing about a vehicle. Despite it being Sunday, Brian took time from his own day to let me know he would be able to help. Upon meeting Brian, my wife and I were impressed with how swiftly he moved us along through the car buying process - another couple had just returned from test driving the sole vehicle I wanted, and Brian was awesome with making us feel like he was working hard for us to get this done. He was candid, to the point and never made us feel rushed or pressured to sign on the line just so the other couple wouldn't get away with his sale. We both felt confident that he did his best to get us a price that worked for us. From there, Greg Floyd and Bill Herrel did excellent with explaining all of the warranty options that were available, and streamlined the form signing process, which made us feel much less overwhelmed. We continued to feel good about our decision to do business with Bill Estes. Finally, Alex McIntyre did an awesome job with explaining every aspect of the technology in our new Escape. He was able to talk 'to' us, rather than trying to show off his tech knowledge, or even worse, talking to us like we knew nothing about any of this. We're very happy with our new 2011 Escape, and even more happy that we chose Bill Estes. My wife is a Brownsburg teacher, and Bill Estes was recommended by several of her coworkers.
