The salesman, Matt Westenkirchner was very professional in work ethic and appearance. Had us pinpoint the F-150 we were looking for. In my experience much too long but the dealership was very busy that day so I made an allowance for this factor. We stood around for quite a while waiting for the staff to go over the truck features but when they got around to it the man was very knowledgeable and helpful with questions about all the features and systems on the truck. Again he was very busy trying to take care of multiple customers and do the best he could. I was happy with the process. The truck was in very good shape and clean inside and out. The exception was a broken parking brake release lever. This should have been found upon inspection and fixed before we left the dealer. I will have to go back later and have it repaired. No problem. Overall a good experience and I would do it again. More

My experience at Bill Estes and with Matt was exceptional. Matt knew I wanted a new car but also knew I was apprehensive since I’d not had a car payment in almost three years. I came in to see wh exceptional. Matt knew I wanted a new car but also knew I was apprehensive since I’d not had a car payment in almost three years. I came in to see what they had on the lot and took one for a test drive. I told Matt it seemed as if it was in my price range but was pretty sure I wasn’t in love with it. I was torn between fixing my 10 year old car or getting a car I didn’t really want. Matt completely understood that if I wasn’t in love with it I didn’t want to take on the car payment. I worked with Matt for about 2 weeks and told him what I really wanted to look at. I had my heart set on a specific make and model but they didn’t have one on the lot. I almost thought I was going to be forced to look elsewhere even though I really wanted to keep working with Matt. Or again fix my 10 year old vehicle and keep driving it. Finally, Matt got a hold of me the day before the specific model I wanted was supposed to show up on their lot. I went in the next day to take a look and happily ended up buying it. He took the extra step to find me the car I really wanted and also eased my worries about buying a car all on my own. This was my first time buying a car without my parents involved. His financing manager was a huge help and explained everything to me in very helpful manner. I plan to stay a long time customer of Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg and will specifically ask for Matt whenever I need another car. More
