I recently purchased a used (new to me) SUV from Bill Estes Ford and was very pleased with my purchasing experience. That may seem like a long time to some people but when you are in good company (Brian Brickler), the time goes fast. I would definitely recommend anyone purchase their next vehicle from Bill Estes. Bill Herrel was very pleasant and explained a certain part of the financing very well. I had a general concept of what he was explaining but by the time he broke it down, it was very clear. That was and is much appreciated. The day ended even better when the General Manager come to congratulate me on the purchase. He and my husband had discussed which cars I really wanted over the phone so when we arrived at the dealership, he had both cars parked and ready for us to test drive. After much deliberation, I chose a 2013 Ford Escape. So we sat down and started the number crunching. It ended up that the car I liked was over our budget....NOT the dealership's fault...my husband and I simply overestimated what we thought our monthly payment would be for a certain price (it WAS pretty loaded...ha ha). Instead of giving up and sending us on our way, Mr. Waxman searched the online inventory for another 2013 Ford Escape with less bells and whistles and found one that he was sure he could get us a good deal on. After some time, phone calls with lending companies, and conversations with his boss, he was able to get us a FANTASTIC deal on a new car that I REALLY, REALLY, love. I'm so glad that he was patient and stuck it out with us on our search for a new car that would meet our needs. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my new car.
