There was no pressure to buy and we were able to negotiate a good price on the vehicle. They make you feel very comfortable. The salesperson we dealt with, Tony Lehn, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about Ford vehicles, patient and just a great guy. I will recommend him and this dealership to my friends. The general manager of the dealership, Andy, is also very nice and helpful. I felt they wanted my business and were willing to make a fair deal. More

We were very impressed with the power and economy that the 1.6 Ecoboost engine offered. Our salesman, Tony Lehn was awesome. We were very impressed with Tony's knowledge of the Escape. With the dealerships we visited, not one of the salesman knew what Tony did or even cared to answer our questions. Kudos Tony! When directed to the sales office, we met with Chris Elder and was impressed with how he had taken the time to research several financing options that were available to us. He offered us a great interest rate and payment that was within our budget and even helped us with an extended warranty that was very affordable! We had anticipated a long and difficult process but were very pleased with our experience.d More

During my search for a new vehicle, I encountered 4 different dealerships. I test drove a vehicle at a one place, where I felt almost unwelcomed. Once the test drive was over, the salesman never went over the vehicle with me, just gave me his card and asked that I call him when I was ready to talk numbers. I continued my search online, as I was unimpressed, to say the least. I found exactly what I wanted online and sent an email to Bill Estes Ford. Tony Lehn contacted me promptly, set up a test drive and once I arrived, was treated with the respect and friendliness that I had been expecting with previous dealers. Everything about my purchase went smooth, the entire staff is friendly and courteous, and went the extra mile to make sure I had all my questions answered and then some. I was also impressed when we arrived to pick up the vehicle. I have 2 young children, and my husband and I decided it would be best if he waited in the car while I signed documents, and then he would go in once I was finished. Instead, Tony took the documents outside to my husband, who was pleasantly surprised, and he's not one to be easily impressed.
