During my search for a new vehicle, I encountered 4 different dealerships. I test drove a vehicle at a one place, where I felt almost unwelcomed. Once the test drive was over, the salesman never went over the vehicle with me, just gave me his card and asked that I call him when I was ready to talk numbers. I continued my search online, as I was unimpressed, to say the least. I found exactly what I wanted online and sent an email to Bill Estes Ford. Tony Lehn contacted me promptly, set up a test drive and once I arrived, was treated with the respect and friendliness that I had been expecting with previous dealers. Everything about my purchase went smooth, the entire staff is friendly and courteous, and went the extra mile to make sure I had all my questions answered and then some. I was also impressed when we arrived to pick up the vehicle. I have 2 young children, and my husband and I decided it would be best if he waited in the car while I signed documents, and then he would go in once I was finished. Instead, Tony took the documents outside to my husband, who was pleasantly surprised, and he's not one to be easily impressed. I inquired pricing on internet, Matt gave the most competitive price right off the bat. He's very friendly, very easy to work with, answers any and all questions you may have. I recently purchased a used (new to me) SUV from Bill Estes Ford and was very pleased with my purchasing experience. That may seem like a long time to some people but when you are in good company (Brian Brickler), the time goes fast. I would definitely recommend anyone purchase their next vehicle from Bill Estes. Bill Herrel was very pleasant and explained a certain part of the financing very well. I had a general concept of what he was explaining but by the time he broke it down, it was very clear. That was and is much appreciated. The day ended even better when the General Manager come to congratulate me on the purchase. I had no intention of purchasing a car when my daughter and I stopped in while out shopping. But it was one of the most enjoyable purchases I've ever made.
