Contacted dealer via Internet at midnight,received a response the next morning, was given all the information requested with out any pressure. Financing was very competitive, they actually beat what I had received from my bank and the whole transaction took no longer than 40 minutes as I had requested. Test drove the vehicle and the price was the best I had been quoted from other dealers. I highly recommend this dealer. More

The people at Bill Estes Brownsburg Ford are always friendly. My husband & I spent 3 hours there the evening we bought our new Escape. The dealership closed at 8 pm but Mike Parham & Dustin McAfee st friendly. My husband & I spent 3 hours there the evening we bought our new Escape. The dealership closed at 8 pm but Mike Parham & Dustin McAfee stayed til 9pm helping us and did NOT make us feel like we were "putting them out" at all. Greg Floyd was friendly & helpful in processing our financing at such a late hour, too! Their service dept. has convenient Saturday hours which they recently extended, now staying til 2 pm instead of noon on Saturdays which is great when you work full time during the week. This dealership is concerned with YOUR time & convenience, not theirs! More
