Since I knew exactly which used car make and model I was looking for (a 2012 Hyundai Sonata SE Turbo in Black), I wanted to do most of my negotiating through email. Kyle Lunning earned my business because he was extremely responsive to my emails and even took time to send me a video walk through of the 2012 Sonata I was looking at. He answered all of my questions and responded to numerous emails over the course of a few days. I found everyone at the dealership to be very low key and easy to work with. Since I work in sales myself, I have very high expectations and I felt as though they were met at Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg. More
Jason was very friendly and helpful and answered my questions. Seemed considerate of the amount of time I was sitting there and tried to get things moving as quickly as possible. But for both of them, they need to not throw personal information in the trash can. They both did it. :) I took it out of Jason's and tore it up and I asked Bill and he took it out of the can and put it in the shredding module. I had bought my sons first vehicle at this dealer back in 2003...that's why I came back again. That at I heard the ad on the radio as I was coming home. Almost stopped at the Bill Estes Chevrolet, but didn't. Jason took the time to even share, when asked, about his children. (what adorable little pictures) After I purchased, I took it home, parked in the garage (Friday) and didn't drive it until I got a call from my insurance on Monday, just to be on the safe side. I did notice Monday, that there was damage to the front bumper that I did not see before. It was cold outside and I didn't crawl up under the bumper when I bought it. I talked to Matt that same day and he said to bring it in on Thursday for his paint guy. I like the fact that they're willing to go the extra mile. He had mentioned a car fax, which I did not receive. All in all, everyone was so friendly, like the little receptionist, and anyone I ran into while roaming the show room waiting on the approval. Thank you so much for all of your care. I hope to be back again someday. More

Was mis-quoted the actual price of the vehicle I was interested in by $5000. I feel the sales people could have been more knowledgable about the different vehicles options,accessories, and differences b interested in by $5000. I was sucked in with 0% financing just to realize I would lose incentives. They were able to get me into a payment with low financing that I was able to live with. I did put a big downpayment with trade in on my new vehicle. Have not used the service department yet. Could not have afforded this vehicle without my employers x-plan with incentives. I picked an expensive vehicle. Chris in financing was helpful & reassuring. More

We came in looking for a new Escape, Fusion or C-Max. Owen was very helpful and showed us all three models. Sales person - VERY unprofessional - After informing him that we needed to think about things based on the obvious bait and switch tactics used at this dealership he would only refer to me as "man". He would not honor any information given to us over the phone by the dealership's staff. He tried to state that the price of the vehicle was $10k more than than in any bluebook. He also stated that the "Cash for Junkers" program wouldn't apply to the trade we had for this vehicle even though the dealership staff said that it would. He seemed clueless when we informed him of the internet price as well as the bluebook price and then claimed that the vehicle was worth $10k more than what they were asking online(also above bluebook). When we understood what he was trying to do we tried to exit without incident to which he asked "WHY?!?" when we told him that we needed to think about things. While heading to our vehicles in the parking lot and discussing our experience it wasn't five minutes and he was chasing us down with the old "I spoke with my manager" line. Once we told him because of the way he was obviously very dishonest we would be going to another dealership to which he started to become very rude and not allowing either of us to finish a sentence. I called him out on this and he just continued to get more rude and disrespectful. I have personally dealt with this dealership in purchasing a used car several years ago and felt very bullied in making the purchase. If I had not needed a vehicle at the time, which this one fit my immediate needs, I would have gone to another dealership. My wife purchased a pickup truck from them as well. They sold it to her knowing of a major and very dangerous defect of a rust out gas tank to which they admitted to knowing about, not telling her about, and then telling her that she bought it "AS IS" and they weren't going to fix it. My mother has used this dealership for many service issues. After paying full, inflated, Dealer price for misrepresented parts, led to believe that she was paying for Motorcraft Parts, she found out that they were using aftermarket, off brand or Autozone brand parts(that cost HALF) of what she paid. Tried to confront the dealership about it and they told her to call Ford. After have service performed at another, BETTER dealership she found out that Bill Estes did not put parts on the vehilce that she paid for. DO NOT DEAL WITH BILL ESTES!!!! More

Matt was wonderful, he sold me my 2013 Ford Fiesta as well as my friends. He was super nice, and easy to talk to. Answered all of my questions, and really made being a first time car buyer a really great well as my friends. He was super nice, and easy to talk to.
