I was in the market for a new car. I visited several dealerships with Bill Estes being the 3rd Ford dealership visited. Other dealerships did not have a fusion S readily available and kept trying to se dealerships with Bill Estes being the 3rd Ford dealership visited. Other dealerships did not have a fusion S readily available and kept trying to sell me other models. Which were great models, but had more features than i require. I found the ford fusion S in blue on their website and emailed Darryl regarding its availability and price based on other dealerships I visited. They were within $100 of price negotiations i had done at other competitors. Tony Lehn was fantastic!!! My wife and I pulled up, parked, and found the Fusion S in front. We were looking at the car when Tony came over within 5 minutes of us being there (I sent an email saying we were on our way). He let my wife and I test drive and we purchased the car within 60 minutes. This dealership was not pushy at all with the sale, the paperwork was streamlined, and a technician spent time educating us on our new vehicle hands free options in detail. Our trade in value was exactly what i expected it to be-didn't even need to negotiate, and the finance guy Greg had found that the Capital One APY was better than our expected Chase APY!!!! And we found out they have $19.99 oil changes!!! I love my new car and the care/service we received from Tony has already setup my new Ford Fusion S to be just as memorable as when i purchased my first car in high school. I only feel bad about not thinking about Bill Estes sooner. It wasn't until my oldest walked in with his St. Malachy cub scout pine wood derby car shirt from earlier in the year, which was donated by Bill Estes Ford, that i recalled the dealership. This car buying experience was great! Upon my arrival I wasn't bombarded with sales people. They let me get my barings then approached with a friendly attitude. I went to this dealership for a specific Flex I found online which I found out when I got there had already been sold. Owen Waxman was my salesman and made the whole experience wonderful! He showed me another Flex that was actually nicer that the original one I wanted. He set us up and sent my husband and I on a test drive. When we returned the process was easy and comfortable. Owen explained in detail all the cars features, warranty information, and "showed me the carfax!" We talked about affordable payments and away he went. I was shocked and pleased that Owen and the finance department were able to get me payments I could manage. After giving me some time to think privately I happily signed on the dotted line and now own a 2010 Ford Flex! Just a side note - I did go in with a game plan and said I wasn't going to get the Extended Protection Plan.......After talking to the finance guy he made me a deal I couldn't refuse! Amazing!!
