From the moment that we met Mike Parham, we came away with the impression that he had us in mind throughout the process. Mike didn't show us one car that was outside of our budget. Mike had to leave for a week, and Tony Lehn stepped in as our consultant. Tony did a fantastic job of facilitating and explaining the entire process to us. We actually had not planned on leaving with a vehicle on 6/13, but Tony made the transaction feel "right". I will definitely refer Bill Estes Ford to anyone in the market for a car! More

This was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I typically despise purchasing a vehicle, because dealing between the sales associate and sales managers is a long drawn out p purchasing a vehicle. We were getting a good deal on a used explorer but we actually ended up getting a less expensive car than we were initially looking at, since it was a better deal and best fit our needs. They were more than happy to get us into the less expensive vehicle. We thought that our dealings with Mike and Dustin were easy, helpful, friendly and pressure free. I explained my needs, and that I was looking at a similar car at a competing dealership. Jason was very up front, and did not act in a way can tend to give car salesmen a a bad reputation. I visited the dealership a few days later, and explained my terms of the deal to Jason. In short the deal needed to be approved by the general manager, but it was done in a professional, no pressure environment. Chris Elder closed the financial aspect of the deal in a very positive, consumer friendly way. All in all, it was my best car buying experience. More

If you had to fly across 6 states to rescue a Chevy from a Ford dealership, Bill Estes should be the place and Kyle Lunning should be your guy. I had viewed the tv ads about the Ford Fusion and decided to visit the one that was most convenient to our residence which was Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg. Even though they tried to get as much as possible for the vehicle we aere able to reach a fair compromise and I drove home with a Fusion after the second visit. More
