I have bought several new cars. This was first time I felt like I was wasn't getting ripped off. Mike contacted me right away about the truck I was interested in. In 2000 I bought my first ford explorer from bill Estes ford...my salesman was mike parham...imagine my luck when I went back to bill Estes ford 13 years later and mike was still at the dealership! He walked right up to me and ask if he could help me again!! He even remembered one of the cars I test drove 13 years earlier. Mike was wonderful then and he was wonderful yesterday. He listened to my needs and concerns...he listened to my wants and desires and once again paired me with the perfect car! I bought another ford employer yesterday and was excited all over again!! Mike works with Dustin mcafee and Dustin took the time to go over all of the features of the car and once the deal had been made Dustin sat in the car with me syncing my phone to the car and made me feel comfortable asking any question about my new car...and he knew all of the answers to my questions. I also worked with Greg Floyd who made the final paperwork and financing very painless and stress free. To be honest I was excited about the prospect of having a new car but dreaded the process. I had fun from start to finish with Mike, Dustin, and Greg!! Brian Brickler was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the Ford Escape. We test drove the vehicle twice to double check a perceived sound heard at highway speed, but it turned out to be road noise about the Ford Escape. He also programmed my cell phone very quickly to work with the SYNC. We possibly could have gotten a better deal elsewhere, but this model with it's options (V6 w/ AWD) was harder to find and we didn't want to travel all over Indiana, Ohio, or Illinois trying to deal on one. This one was also the color/interior we wanted. I would rate the experience as very positive. More

My wife and I were in the market for a used minivan. At the time, we were not having much luck finding what we needed at the price that we were looking for. From the moment that we met Mike Parham, we came away with the impression that he had us in mind throughout the process. Mike didn't show us one car that was outside of our budget. Mike had to leave for a week, and Tony Lehn stepped in as our consultant. Tony did a fantastic job of facilitating and explaining the entire process to us. We actually had not planned on leaving with a vehicle on 6/13, but Tony made the transaction feel "right". I will definitely refer Bill Estes Ford to anyone in the market for a car! More
