Even though this dealership was going thru a remodeling everybody was very friendly during my visit. I have bought several new cars. This was first time I felt like I was wasn't getting ripped off. Mike contacted me right away about the truck I was interested in. In 2000 I bought my first ford explorer from bill Estes ford...my salesman was mike parham...imagine my luck when I went back to bill Estes ford 13 years later and mike was still at the dealership! He walked right up to me and ask if he could help me again!! He even remembered one of the cars I test drove 13 years earlier. Mike was wonderful then and he was wonderful yesterday. He listened to my needs and concerns...he listened to my wants and desires and once again paired me with the perfect car! I bought another ford employer yesterday and was excited all over again!! Mike works with Dustin mcafee and Dustin took the time to go over all of the features of the car and once the deal had been made Dustin sat in the car with me syncing my phone to the car and made me feel comfortable asking any question about my new car...and he knew all of the answers to my questions. I also worked with Greg Floyd who made the final paperwork and financing very painless and stress free. To be honest I was excited about the prospect of having a new car but dreaded the process. I had fun from start to finish with Mike, Dustin, and Greg!!
