I dont live in the area of Brownsburg but I was able to speak to the salesman Kyle Lunning via text and phone while trying to locate the exact vehicle i wanted. They procured this vehicle ahead of time and had it ready for me when I drove down to the Indianapolis area from northern Indiana and within an hour or so time span I had completed my purchase and tutorial. The dealership was under construction but the sales and support team are a finished product compared to other dealerships I've been. My family purchased Ford cars almost exclusively through River oaks Ford in Calumet City Illinois for over 30 years until the dealership closed. Even though I live two and half hours away I had such a good experience I think I would actually drive back down there for my next vehicle and recommend it to others too. More
