The sales team (Luke Kernodle and Sean Patrick) are extremely knowledgeable on EV vehicles, patiently took the time to fully explain the new technology contained "under the hood", and were extremely p extremely knowledgeable on EV vehicles, patiently took the time to fully explain the new technology contained "under the hood", and were extremely professional throughout the whole process. Luke helped navigate through all available rebates/offers, provided a very fair price, and made the trade-in process on my existing vehicle a breeze. The General Manager of the dealership even followed-up with a phone call to ensure the transaction was closed smoothly and that I was fully pleased with the service received--definitely not the norm for other local Ford dealerships. This purchase at Bill Estes--Test Drive to Vehicle Possession--was hands down the best car buying experience I've had in 30+ years of purchasing cars and trucks. Will be a repeat customer later this year when I replace my F-150, and will gladly recommend to any family/friends looking to purchase a Ford (new or used) in the near future!!! More
