I had shopped around for a new 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid and what attracted me to this dealership was the approach of the salesperson, Brian Brickler. I toured many lots over the last few weeks and this one stood out. the only negative I would have is we were told of the things the vehicle had and when we got there it wasn't quite true. (Not a deal breaker just disappointing). And we were told the vehicle had just been serviced but the on board computer said otherwise. But like I said the over all was great!! When I first considered buying my truck from Bill Estes Ford, I looked online. When I found the truck I was interested in, I submitted an email request. With in 5 minutes, I had an e-mail from Jason Abbo Ford, I looked online. When I found the truck I was interested in, I submitted an email request. With in 5 minutes, I had an e-mail from Jason Abbott with more information. The next day, Jason called me to come in and see the truck. When I got there, I Jason introduced himself, shook my hand and immediately took me to my truck. I test drove it, loved it and bought it. Jason made sure I wouldn't go over budget and I didn't.
