I went to Bill Estes Ford to buy a 2014 Ford Explorer. I met Mike Parham and Dustin McAfee at 2 in the afternoon. The customer service aspect of Bill Estes Ford is second to none. When I have a question, it is alway answered to my satisfaction. The bottom line - the staff at Estes Ford are just plain friendly and helpful, I like frendly and helpful. This is my first Ford ever in 40 plus years of buying new automobiles. I feel I have purchased a great vehicle from a great dealership. I look forward to a long relationship with Bill Estes Ford. More
I was greeted promptly by Matt when I arrived at the dealership. I specified exactly what I want and he immediately took me to two vehicles that fit my needs and specifications (price, mileage, etc). Chris was also very professional when he went through all the paperwork at the end. I would have preferred a little more clarification on when I would be getting loan documents from the lender. Part of negotiating this sale was the addition of cruise control to my vehicle, paid for by the dealer. The service department contacted me and scheduled my service appointment in a very timely manner. The only part of the addition that I am somewhat disappointed in is the actual cruise control mechanism that was installed; the placement was awkward and it seems to be a lower quality unit. More

I just bought my 5th vehicle from Mike Parham. He and the whole staff continue to provide excellent service and product. The dealership brought in a low mileage (54K) 2007 Ford Focus ( 1 owner ) that I was whole staff continue to provide excellent service and product. The dealership brought in a low mileage (54K) 2007 Ford Focus ( 1 owner ) that I was able to identify online the day they received it. Mike and Dustin helped us evaluate the vehicle to our needs and made sure the maintenance crew got the vehicle road worthy (they cleaned it up the same day and even replaced the brakes). Greg helped us understand the warranty options without any pressure to buy and worked with us to make it all VERY affordable. I'll be back for number 6 when the time comes. More

Buying a vehicle is obviously one of those endeavors that many people would prefer to be as quick and painless as possible. If you're a serious buyer, have your facts straight, done your research, and understand that this is a business activity with the dealer clearly needing to come out ahead (within reason), then you should be as happy as I was with my experience. I look forward to having my new vehicle serviced here for many years to come and will do everything I can to replace our family minivan here in a few years. More
From the very first contact with Matt, he went out of his way to ensure that we were happy with his service to his soon to be customers. We needed to know if the vehicle we were interested in was still on t way to ensure that we were happy with his service to his soon to be customers. We needed to know if the vehicle we were interested in was still on the lot because we were leaving from Chicago at 5:30am. Matt went back to the dealership after hours to ensure the vehicle was indeed still there. Deal was struck in record time compared to other dealerships that we have been to. Thanks also to Alex for helping explain the vehicle's new electronics and for syncing my phone to it. Overall, a fabulous experience with people who truly want to have happy customers that will gladly make the drive for a positive experience. We will definitely be back! More
