Kyle was very nice during the process, but we did most of our negotiating through email and when I came into the dealership, I feel I did not get what we had discussed in our emails. Originally my trade in our negotiating through email and when I came into the dealership, I feel I did not get what we had discussed in our emails. Originally my trade in was worth $1,000 then we negotiated more and they said they would take $2,000 for it, then when the paperwork came, it was on $1,000 and Chris came up with a high interest rate at first and I told him my bank could do better, so then he said another bank "owed him a favor" and he would call them to get me a lower interest rate. However, he never called them, he just got a lower rate, but when the monthly payment was higher than I wanted, the rate ended up going higher anyway because we had to stretch out the payments. They did not throw in ANYTHING extra, I asked if they would tint just my 2 front windows and they told me that would cost $199 and I also didn't have a remote starter and they wouldn't do that either. My sister got tinted windows and a remote starter when she purchased her vehicle at Penske in Indianapolis. I felt Chris was fake and I didn't trust him and would not recommend this dealership to any friends or family for sure. More
