Matt was a refreshing change from the type of car salesmen personalities I have run into in the past. After visiting other Ford Dealerships, we found Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg on-line while looking for another Ford Fiesta. Even though the dealership was an 1.42 hours away from our home, we setup a date to meet up even though it was after 6pm when we could visit the dealership. We met up with Mike Parham and Dustin Mcafee, looked over our selection while they looked over our trade in. By 8:30 pm we were signing papers to a Great Deal and an Outstanding interest rate. I have never dealt with a car dealership that stayed so late and worked so hard for my business. I will be returning to Bill Estes in Brownsburg Indiana for my next vehicle. We were looking for a used vehicle that was still fairly new and had lower mileage. We were just going to "look" and see what was on the lot. We met Nathan as we were walking through the parking lot. When 1 car didn't work out, he spent the time and effort to look for several other options. We did find the right vehicle and at the right price. The Business Manager, Greg, was efficient and made the financial paperwork very easy to go through to finalize the purchase. Not once in the process, did I feel pressured to buy a car. There have been other times when buying a car, that the salesman was too animated or put undue pressure to buy a higher price car. Nathan's personality was the right fit for us.
