I just, (10-14-13), purchased a 2010 Ford Ranger XLT form Estes Ford. Thanks to the excellent work of Mike Parham I received a superb deal. I have to say that I really enjoyed my experience at Bill Estes Ford. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I came in looking to buy a truck at a good price and one of the first things I was told that they would not lose a customer because of price and they definitely held true to that statement. My salesman and the business manager did everything they could to make sure that I got the best price possible for exactly the truck I wanted. As a matter of fact they went above and beyond. I purchased my new Ford F150 Platinum from Bill Estes and I am overly excited I did. After signing the papers for the vehicle a member of the Tech Team walked my through the entire truck to make sure I had an understanding of what all it can do. That was completely over the top for me considering that the only thing that was done when I bought by last F150 was that the salesman came out and paired my phone to Sync and I even had to help him with that. Bill Estes has a Tech Team that walks you through everything and not only that if I ever have any questions about anything with my truck someone is always there to help me, there door is always open is what I was told. I could go on and on about my wonderful experience but I will close with this: if you are looking for a dealership that will treat you right from start to finish whether you buy a vehicle or not just go to BILL ESTES FORD!!!!! More
I went to Bill Estes to turn in my car - end of lease - I figured I woould probably purchase my 2011 Fusion. I met with Matt and started talking, he was very helpful, he showed my the new 2014 Fusions, asked figured I woould probably purchase my 2011 Fusion. I met with Matt and started talking, he was very helpful, he showed my the new 2014 Fusions, asked what I was looking for in a car. he went over the cars in stock (several), I test drove the car I liked. Upon return to the dealership we filled out some paperwork, Matt took the time to check out all the ways I could get the new car, buy the 2011, buy the 2014 or lease the 2014. After a short period of time he came back with all the info and explained each option. Turned out I could get a 2014 for less than I could keep the 2011. Everyone at Bill Estes Ford was so nice, courteous and professional. I was in and out with the new car in about 2 1/2 hrs, that has never happened before. More
I went in to have my 2013 Escape, which I purchased from another dealer, serviced by Bill Estes Ford because I was not happy with the 8 previous results at another dealership. Thomas knew exactly what was wrong just from my description. He also knew how unhappy I was with my Escape and introduced me to Matt in Sales. We ended up trading my Escape for an Explorer and couldn't be happier. All parties involved in the service and sale were more than helpful and were willing to go "the extra mile" to make sure we were happy. Thank you! More
I found the vehicle online and I made two phone calls to the dealership before I even went to see it. Overall experience what okay for a car dealership. 3 days after I bought the car transmission started to downshift funny so I had the transmission fluid flushed and replaced as it looked and smelled to be bu after I bought the car transmission started to downshift funny so I had the transmission fluid flushed and replaced as it looked and smelled to be burnt and the sunroof stopped working intermittently and eventually stopped altogether. (certified used car) Car also had a slow leak and had them check that out while they were checking the sunroof system out and turns out the rim was bent and offered to replace it only if the warranty covered this. That shouldn't be an issue, warranty or not you should replace something like that especially if you said it was a certified used vehicle that needed no money put into it. The quality control here sucks. Salesman was great, condition of the car in some areas was not for what it was advertised as. More
I had called ahead to insure the availability of the car I wanted. When I got there, Kyle was paged. He came in (he was with another customer) and greeted me. He asked if he could get me anything. His greeting was very friendly. He returned in just a few moments- asked if I wanted to go drive the car. He copied my license, gave me the keys and suggested I give it a good test. When I returned he asked me how I liked the car. We proceeded to start the purchase process. At the same time the other customer was finishing the process. I was very impressed with how Kyle kept working with both of us as quickly as he could and never let either feel neglected or unimportant. During the process, Kyle addressed a couple of issues I had with the car. He made it painless. Kyle took me into Greg. He greeted me very warmly and as we started the paperwork, I explained I had not had to purchase a car in 10 years. Greg walked through everything and kept it light and friendly.He thoroughly offered and explained everything. He answered all the questions I had and made it extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend Bill Estes Ford to anyone and everyone based upon my experience with these 2 gentlemen. They took a situation that was a little intimidating to me as I began the whole process and made it painless and enjoyable. The company should be very proud of the image that these 2 employees give to the public. More

We felt that the dealership gave a fair deal on our new Ford Explorer and a decent trade in for our vehicle. Chris Elder was very efficient in completing the paperwork in a reasonabe amount of time. When I picked up the vehicle, Dustin McAfee gave a very informative preview of the navigation and sync system.
