Me and my wife and daughter had very bad experience with another ford dealership in greenwood. So guy recommended Bill Estes Ford to me. So we drove out of our way to Brownsburg to the dealership. We pulled up to the parking lot, Walked up to front door, Bob Bittner opened the door for us, first thing we said to Bob is reason why we are here. and how we was miss treated from that other lame dealership. Bob found our car we wanted that fit our needs exactly. He spent good time on the trade in appraisal ,accounting for all the extra options on my truck . we got very good amount on trade in. Bob was totally honest on everything from the first words of hello to the final numbers . This whole dealership was fantastic!! Bob Bittner is one the best honest people i ever meet at a dealership, most the time I do not trust anyone that is Selling to me. My husband and I were looking for a used car either for my step-daughter or myself. I own a 1999 Honda Accord bought brand new which I just absolutely adore but my step-daughter just graduated from high s my step-daughter or myself. We thought it would really be hard to find an old used car for her for $3000 so when we saw this little 2010 Ford Focus at such a great deal and like brand new we just had to jump on it, for me of course! Owen Waxman was very easy to deal with. He even let us take the car out to lunch to discuss it over amongst ourselves. My only downfall was dealing with a smaller vehicle but this was all I can afford for now. A small vehicle but has the works on it! Even the buying process was easy.
