I just wanted to leave a review of our recent experience purchasing a new vehicle from Bill Estes Ford. As a rule making a car purchase is on my list of least favorite things to do. We have had numerous experiences through the years and most of them were not good. I was pleasantly surprised this time and our new car purchase couldn’t have been easier or more friendly! Our sales advisor was Mike Parham and he was friendly and efficient and couldn’t have been more accommodating. The young man who explained all the many features of our new SUV was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. I feel we received a great deal and was very pleased with our overall experience! Jason (JB) Barrett was amazing to work with. He wasn't pushy, which is something I look for in a car salesman. He found a new explorer that was just right for us, and when I told him the price was too hig pushy, which is something I look for in a car salesman.
