I have delt with Brian Brickler quite a few time over the past 4 to 5 years. I have bought so many cars from them over the years almost everyone there knows me by my first name. Brian is great to work with, not pushey like sales men can be. My job where I worked changed. I was driving a 2012 Ford Focus Titanium which was perfect for what I needed for. Now I had to get a Truck for my new position at my job. I only had the Focus for a year and half. I was thinking I was going to take a bath if I had to trade it in. So I went on Bill Estes Ford web site and narrowed it down to two Trucks. Contacted Brian told him what I am looking at he said come on in and see what we can do. I worked out a great deal with him and a few hours later I was signing the paper work on my new 2013 Ford F150 XLT. I was very pleased with Brian and all the staff I worked with they made it easy and stress free. I would highly recommend seeing Brian if are looking for a new or used car. I have refered to of my family members to Brian and they each bought car and got good deals. I had been considering trading up to a new truck for awhile. Did a good amount of research, before deciding on the parameters of what I wanted. I was referred to Bill Estes, specifically sales consult awhile. Did a good amount of research, before deciding on the parameters of what I wanted. I was referred to Bill Estes, specifically sales consultant Mike Parham by a family member. So since Estes had a couple a couple trucks on their lot that fell into the lines of what I wanted/needed, I headed up to the dealership to talk to Mike. Mike was very friendly/courteous/and knowledgeable. He gathered up the keys to the trucks I was wanting to take a look at, and we headed out. We found 2/3 trucks I was interested in, and I scoped them out. After examination in person, I decided that one of them probably wasn't best for me. So Mike allowed me to take a test drive in the one I was still interested in. He knew the vehicle's attributes and features well, and relayed that info on to me. When we got back to the dealership, we started the initial negotiations pertaining my trade in/etc. At that point I asked Mike about the 3rd truck that I was interested in, the one that he couldn't find. This is when I was introduced to Dustin. Dustin explained that, that particular truck was currently out on demo. Due to them being concerned that I got the exact truck that best suited me, Mike/Dustin offered to arrange an opportunity for me to take a look at it, but after hearing that it wasn't a completely "new" truck my interest in it got watered down. So I declined the opportunity to get a look at it. Plus, I was extremely pleased with the one I had test drove, and it had a couple features that the one on demo didn't anyways. So we proceeded into negotiations of making a deal. During this time I was interacting with both Mike and Dustin. My particular trade in, was a relatively unique vehicle which made it more valuable than the average truck of similar year/model. Both Mike and Dustin were aware of this which played a factor in the negotiations. Those two taking into consideration and talking to me about the slightly boosted value/abundance of demand for my type of trade in, was a important to me. I appreciated that. Both Mike and Dustin also worked on getting me the 2 accessories that were very important to me for the new truck that weren't currently equipped on the truck added into the deal. As for the overall negotiations, I was quite pleased with how they were approached on their end. They kept asking where I needed to be on certain aspects of the deal, instead of simply throwing out numbers with constant back and forth. I was not at all pressured in that situation, for which I was very pleased and appreciative. Basically I felt that Mike/Dustin were working on my behalf in order for me to get into the truck I wanted with a financial situation that I was comfortable with. It was a welcomed approach, because I have not always encountered that in the past. We ended up striking an accord. It happened to be a very busy day at the dealership that day, so I did have to wait a bit in order to finalize all the paperwork. But, that wasn't anybody's fault there was just a few people ahead of me in line to get their paperwork finalized. I didn't mind. During this time I did most of my interacting with Dustin, as Mike was tending to prior engagements and tending to the abundance of customer's on hand, however he made sure to check in with me frequently. Dustin was just as friendly/personable/and knowledgeable as Mike was one on one. Dustin answered every question I had about my new truck. Dustin was very helpful and also assisted me in cleaning out and transferring all the of gear I had in my old truck into the new truck. After taking ownership of the new truck, Dustin personally took the time to give me a hands on tutorial of all the features and attributes of the new truck. I was appreciative for that as well, because I wasn't sure on a few of them. Also, I don't recall his name but the guy whom drew up all the paperwork and financing was aces as well. In summation, I was extremely pleased with my experience at Bill Estes Ford. I wouldn't have changed anything about the entire experience. The next time I am in the market for a new vehicle, Bill Estes (specifically Mike and Dustin) will be the first place and people I go to. I will also highly recommend them to others as well. Brian Brickler worked with us, and it was the most painless car buying experience we have ever had. The service was friendly and the sales department was never pushy or aggressive. They worked wonders with our trade and financing, and we drove off with the car we wanted at a great price and a great all-around deal. We will definitely return to Bill Estes Ford in about a year to replace our aging but loyal minivan. Service at the level we received earns customer loyalty, and will certainly bring us back. More
Very nice dealership, all personal encounters were great. All questions were answered and cards given for their assistance after the sale if necessary. My sales person, Nathan, was very kind and allowed me to drive several vehicles to ensure I was satisfied with what I choose. Dealership was busy, which is always a good thing, was introduced to General Manager after sale. More

The Hopkins Family has been going to BILL ESTES FORD in Brownsburg, IN since 1998 when the dealership was located on 136 & Northfield Drive. Over the past 15yrs, our household has purchased 5 vehicles from them...3 THIS YEAR ALONE! Our immediate family in Brownsburg purchased 9 vehicles from them...both new & used. On our most recent trip to Bill Estes, my husband & I were looking to purchase a used vehicle for our 17yr old son for a Christmas present. Our salesman was BRANDON KIDD. Brandon did a FANTASTIC job. Very professional, friendly & knowledgeable! Brandon understood what kind of vehicle we were looking for, even though we didn't know ourselves :) We had already been PRE-APPROVED for a loan thru a 3rd party before we started shopping for cars. Brandon & the guys in the Finance Dept got us approved with a different bank at a LOWER INTEREST RATE! The car is HOT & SHARP! 2007 Pontiac G6 GT HardTop Convertible with low miles. The price was BELOW market asking price & with the lower interest rate we couldn't pass it up! Brandon made arrangements for the car to be stored at BILL ESTES until Christmas for us!
