I had a great experience at Bill Estes Ford. I was in an accident Thursday morning and visited that afternoon to get some ideas. Met Natan, he was very helpful but still didn't know what my insurance compa accident Thursday morning and visited that afternoon to get some ideas. Since I was on that part of town, I visited Carmax to see what they had. I wanted a no haggle deal that was fair. I went back Saturday to Bill Estes thinking this might be a waist of time. They were very busy and Nathan had a Customer already. Mike Parham, told me he could help. Mike was very easy to deal with. I told him what I wanted (vehicle and price) and he got me really close. Close enough that we didn't have to go back and forth four or five times. Financing was a breeze. They got me an interest rate that was half of Carmax. That brought the slight price difference right back down. They said they like to deal locally, so do I. We got it done in a couple hours and they even trained me on the Sync System (sorry I can't remember the young man's name since Dustin was busy). I love my 2011 Explorer and will go back to Bill Estes. More
