The problem was that my mother and I were cosigned on 1 vehicle and her only on the other. Both were currently financed. It seemed quite impossible that they could work something out to get both of us out of both of our current vehicles which were both upside down and still get us both approved for financing. However, with some serious time and skill, the 2 gentlemen listed both managed to provide a VERY high quality of service and managed to get us both into newer vehicles on our own. VERY VERY satisfied with this dealership and am possible looking to get a 2nd vehicle with them much sooner than intended and ONLY through them as this was the most pleasing purchase I have made in the 15 previous car purchases I've had. I went to Bill Estes on 2/28/14. I met with a very nice salesman named Mike P. He listened carefully to my wants and needs for my desired car purchase. Mike P worked hard to get me into the car that I wanted. According to Mike P, the credit department originally put the VIN # of the car I wanted in wrong and the bank kicked it back. He offered another vehicle that he said the "bank liked" and I took it home for the night. While the "bank liked" it, I however did not. I emailed him later that day to inform him if a deal couldn't be made for the car I wanted, I would walk away. I even offered to up my down payment by $500. Within minutes, I received a call to come back the next day with the increased down payment and the car I wanted would be mine. I did so. Signed all the paperwork. Within minutes of leaving the dealership in my new car, I received a call to come back. The credit department went over the approved limit with the addition of the warranty and protection package I selected. I went back immediately, they changed the the deal to stay under the approved amount and I left. I enjoyed my new ride for 11 days. On day 11, Darryl the finance manager called to inform me that there was a problem with the loan. I would have to return the car that I had purchased for a lesser car, which clearly did not meet our family needs. Darryl stated that the length of my current employment had been erroneously entered as 15 months instead of the 11 months that I reported. After the call from Darryl, I ran my own credit report and found multiple fraudulent transactions that have since been disputed and deleted by the credit bureau. I left a message explaining this for Darryl and did not hear anything back. On day 12, he called again stating that I had to return the car and choose something lesser. I told him at that time that I was not interested. When I returned the car to the dealership, my down payment was not available and the title of the trade-in was not returned. I had to wait until the next day to receive my down payment refund and two days to have the title of my trade-in returned. I received an apology email with the offer for a lesser car which I declined. I would not recommend working with this dealership if you have any type of credit issues. Shame on me for not checking my report before I went in. Lesson learned. But shame on them for telling me that I would receive the payment book for my new car in the mail and that my first payment was due on a specific date. Implies that the deal was done. Buyer beware - they can come back days and even weeks later to tell you sorry but you will have to return the car. This is by far my worst car buying experience ever. More

Owen is great at helping select cars that fit your needs. He is there to listen to your needs and what cars fit your budget. Their web site is great to preview cars before coming into the dealership. Upon arriving I was able to test drive and purchase my car in under two hours. Greg makes the closing process easy to understand and clearly answers any questions you may have. More

We just bought a Ford Edge with Bill Estes. Thomas Noel was our salesman. We were his first customer! He was fantastic. Alex completely went over our vehicle before we left the dealership. He explained all of the features to us. I have been contacted by service for our lux care treatment. Great buying experience. I had emailed about a particular car and it was ready to test drive when I got to the dealership. I tried another car, and decided to go with original plan. The price was great--even better than USAA's car buying service, so it was an easy decision. The staff were all very helpful and I never felt pressure to buy a service I did not want. They set my phone up with the Ford Synch and showed me how to use the hands free device without making me feel like an analog fogey. I plan to come back and would highly recommend them to others. We have been to several different dealerships in Indiana looking for the right vehicle. This was by far the best experience and dealership we have been to.
