I chose Bill Estes because they were fairly close to where I live as well as showing plenty of variety of the models I wanted to look at on-line. I was not looking to buy the night I went in, but just t where I live as well as showing plenty of variety of the models I wanted to look at on-line. After test driving the 3 models I was interested in and looking them over carefully, I did want to get pricing and see where I sat on options. They provided pricing, answered any and all questions and just stepped back and let us consider things, they never pushed or hurried us on any thing. In fact we were there over 5 hours looking things over and decided to go ahead and buy, we ended up being there past closing time signing the paperwork with them and not one complaint or negative comment was made about how late it was getting. Very friendly and helpful with all aspects that we encountered. More

Service department, dont waste your time!!! I purchased my vehicle from this dealership it's suppose to be 100% satisfaction, well with the service department don't waste your time. First they were not friendly my sales person had to continuously check behind them to just to make sure things were getting done. I had to have my top replaced on my Mustang I hadn't had the car for a month, and that's when I had a issue with the sales manager, stating I didn't have a warranty in which I did, needless to say my convertible top was replaced, the issue I have with the service department, overall a big disappointment. I'am a customer after my top was complete my car had water stains from the top I said could I at least get my car cleaned from the water damage they looked as if I was speaking a foreign language they did it buy my seats were left wet, new issue just had to get a engine, in this car now it's only been 6 months since I've had it my car was just cleaned I go to pick it up it's dirty I said can I get my car washed the guy said no we're close I said it's 10 minutes til closing really, they changed my oil no oil change sticker in the window I'am like omg are you serious then the idiot who pulls my car around gets out and leave the plastic on the seat and the paper mat on the floor I said I refuse to take off this plastic he didn't move and neither did I addressed it with Ali and he removed it. I called and complained so Jason the service manager sent me a coupon for a free car wash thanks but no thanks he's not doing me any favors, everything should have been completed when I picked up my vehicle in which I paid 281.00 bucks and couldn't even get a car wash or a oil change sticker in my window. I hope I will never have to return to this dealership it's the worst experience I've had out of a vehicle and a dealership don't waste your time More

I saw a new 2014 F-150 online that I wanted to test drive and contacted them through their website. They responded quickly and had a test drive set up for the next morning. Took less then 2 hours from arrival to leaving with my new vehicle. More
