We don't hesitate to strongly recommend him--he's top-notch in every respect! Examples which highlighted our experience: a. Excellent, very user-friendly web site with just about everything about vehicles in the inventory, much more informative than the competition; b. Very helpful, pleasant and professional treatment from people who appear to enjoy their work, believe in the product and show obvious pride. Kudos to the management for hiring, training ad keeping great people! This experience was the exact opposite of the stereotypical "blue suede shoes" and "boy do I have a great deal for you" hustles typical of most of our past experiences in new car showrooms. c. It had all the options we were looking for and is a beautiful truck. We are pleased with both of our experiences! This time the business loan manager went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. From getting us a better interest rate to making an extended warranty package actually affordable. We were able to stay within our payment budget and still have the warranty and Gap insurance included. The sales people are not like "everyday car salesmen", they are genuine. More

Love Love Love my car!! I was looking for a new car. I went to all kinds of dealerships and not one would approve me because I didn't have very much credit. Well Owen made it I was looking for a new car. I went to all kinds of dealerships and not one would approve me because I didn't have very much credit. Well Owen made it happen!! I am a single mom of two and I need a reliable car to transport and get to work and back safely. He and his managers worked on getting me a car all day! By the time i got to the dealership he already had it out front waiting on me. He was very up front and honest. He wasn't just trying to get a sale out of me. He definitely showed that he cared about what I wanted and was looking for including the price range! Everyone was super friendly and made sure you understood and were satisfied before leaving. I loved the focus, but was looking for something with a couple of amenities that none of the Focus' offered. Owen helped me out, I didn't feel any pressure to buy on the spot at all... he was awesome! The Ford that I was initially looking at was a little out of my price range, but Owen worked with my trade in, and other vehicles that they had, and come up with a couple of different options on the lot that would keep me in my budget and also gave me most of the extra "bells and whistles" that I wanted.
