He helped me find the best choice for my budget and lifestyle. Michael, the business manager, didn't try to oversell me on warranty packages, like I feared. He explained every warranty in great detail and shared his experiences with cars and warranties. I feel very satisfied with the warranties I purchased. Alex assisted me with understanding every feature of my new Ford Focus. The Focus, for me, is very advanced and has a lot of electronic systems. Alex did not miss a single bell or whistle! He even took the time to set up my Bluetooth, adjust the lighting, and let me practice trying the different features. Traded in my precious jeep for a ford explorer Even though I felt as if I was trading my first born for a 2012 ford explorer, Nathan made the experience as delightful as possible. He was there to offer me a drink of water after I threw up as I watched them drive my jeep away. He was nice and easy to talk to on the phone before the visit and during the car buying process. I looked at somewhere around 12 explorers that night and kept him from getting any other business for at least 3 hours and he didn't seem to mind. After getting the car I noticed a few paint flaws and he was quick to get them fixed without any force back from him. His manager was somewhat of a tool bag to me about the situation but Nathan pushed forward to get the repairs done. If I buy another ford any time soon then I will be coming back specifically to work with Nathan and I live over an hour away. I Highly recommend working with him. More
