I wish they could have just transferred all info from truck to the other truck, payments and all we are paying almost$200 more for the 2012, than the 2010. The gentlemen who helped us was Nathan Wright and Brandon Kidd. I thought it was very curtious for the staff to ask if we needed drinks or help. Very Professional!!! I ended up with a BRAND NEW 2014 red Ford Focus hatchback! We initially had a few problems with my getting insured because I am only 19. That was not a problem for long because Nate helped me find insurance by offering a few suggestions and even calling a few places himself to help me find a quote. Mike was a big help in helping me to understand the contract, the different warranties, and answering any questions I had. The overall experience was wonderful I loved it. Jon has been great understanding my 3rd shift schedule and they have communicated well with both my wife and myself. The work has been solid and when I did have a concern it was addressed first thing the next morning and taken care of quickly. It turned out to be nothing and I was on my way. Since I'm often there after getting off of work early in the morning and needing to get to bed I appreciate a direct and honest approach and that is what I have received each time. I will continue to bring my vehicle there for service and would recommend them to anyone, especially Ford owners. More
