Great Experience I worked with the three Mike's and it made for an awesome experience. Although I initially came in to see Mike Parham he was tied up taking care of another customer and handed me off to Mike Mattei. Mike Mattei assessed my needs and wants and we got down to business right away. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him. When we got the deal done he handed me off to Mike Balkas, who I had previously worked with in sales. Mike remembered me and we went through the finance process quickly and efficiently. It made the close of the deal that much better. I can highly recommend this team and Bill Estes Ford to anyone looking for a new car or truck. BTW the only reason I didn't list cost as a 5 is that it wasn't free. More

I did not leave with a vehicle the first time but went back several hours later and him and Chris had worked some numbers and found me exactly what I was looking for. Once I had made my decision everything went very smoothly. The financial gentleman, I believe his name was Greg, was also great to deal with. When I finally was shown to my car Adam did the walk thru with me and he explained EVERYTHING on the vehicle to me. Before leaving a manager came and spoke with me to make sure I was happy with everything. I will absolutely never go anywhere but here to buy my next vehicle. I can't wait to try the service dept because if the sales part was this good the service experience hopefully is just as good. Thanks Nathan for everything!!! More

I was dealt with fairly and with professionalism in a very laid back environment. It was near closing time and I had an off the wall type of special request involved in this sale bbut no matter, these guys went out of the way to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted...... especially with Tony driving the bus. There were several others that I interacted with but did not formally meet but all of them offered me something to eat or drink and made sure that I felt welcome and comfortable.
