Thank You Jerry Williams I am updating my review because I would like to thank Jerry Williams who is the Service Manager there at Bill Estes Ford. I had a xxxx-up and a rou I am updating my review because I would like to thank Jerry Williams who is the Service Manager there at Bill Estes Ford. I had a xxxx-up and a rough time communicating with the service department and it was taking too long for a solution to get my car fixed in a timely manner. The reason why this review is getting updated is because I left a pretty nasty/upset review about how everything was being taken care of. I would like to first hand again, thank you Jerry Williams. Jerry was able to kind of "take control" on the situation with my car. Came out and actually picked my car up from work and left me with a car for me to drive until my car was fixed and ready to go (at no charge). Jerry and I both work in a costumer service fields; me in the medical field and him in the automotive field. Price isn't want makes someone not come back, it's costumer service... and that's what Jerry has done for me to handle the situation, as well as find out what was wrong with my car and had it all taken care of, I want to thank you again. And I "WILL" be back to Bill Estes Ford. I originally drove a 2007 Chevy Equinox, which I bought from Bill Estes Chevy. I loved the service I was given there and after my Equinox saved my life (I flew off a 35 foot embankment. I was too scared to get back into an Equinox, so I bought of 2012 Ford Escape)... Still from Bill Estes, I wanted to continue with that same service, so I travel from North Carmel to Brownsburg, Indiana to receive the same service I was given at Bill Estes Chevy. Thank you again Jerry, with what you have done for me really has helped me feel a lot better than what I did a few days ago. More

Low pressure - nice car(s) My wife and I drove to the Bill Estes Ford dealership from Lafayette, about 50 to 55 miles, having only the information from Cars.com regarding the ve My wife and I drove to the Bill Estes Ford dealership from Lafayette, about 50 to 55 miles, having only the information from Cars.com regarding the vehicles in which we were interested. Andrew greeted us and handled our requests for test drives without undue pressure to make a quick decision on buying - we explained that we were just starting our car search. His low-pressure, friendly approach really resonated with us when we returned the next day having decided that the car we wanted was the first we drove. He handled the remainder of the sale smoothly, and respected our desire to move efficiently toward completion of the paperwork so we could babysit our grandchildren to allow our daughter to meet another commitment. All in all, it was one of the better experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle since purchasing my first from my father in 1965. More

Our salesman, Andrew Jones, was very relaxed and very receptive to the type of car we were looking for. He didn't pressure us into making our purchase right then and there. We did make our purchase that day but it was completely our decision. Every employee at this dealership was very friendly and helpful. Andrew turned what was originally a very stressful purchase into a very positive experience. This dealership and our salesman are definitely a step above any other dealership we have been to. More

Great place to buy a vehicle I saw the vehicle i wanted on their web site and inquired about. A few minutes later Mr. Tony Lehn e-mailed me back and asked when i wanted to go over I saw the vehicle i wanted on their web site and inquired about. A few minutes later Mr. Tony Lehn e-mailed me back and asked when i wanted to go over and test drive the vehicle so i said around noon. I got there and was greeted with probably the friedliiest staff that i have ever dealt with. I drove the vehicle and we eventually came to term and the deal was done. There was no pressure on their part and i would trade there again. More
