This was our first vehicle purchase with Bill Estes and what a true pleasure it was to work with their staff. We originally connected via phone with their salesperson Mitchel Dotson. Despite it being a Saturday night and only 30 minutes from closing, he encouraged us to come on over and look at the vehicle we inquired about. From the moment we arrived until we drove off the lot with our purchase, we were given the red carpet treatment. The cherry on top was that we were in and out in a little over an hour from the time we first drove on the lot! The wait seemed even shorter due to the fact their sales staff chatted and made us feel like we were their only customer even though we knew they wanted to get home to their families.
