Absolutely terrible customer service after calling to gouge me for more money requesting “out of state title and doc fees” even though I requested to have my financial institution do them the INSISTED th gouge me for more money requesting “out of state title and doc fees” even though I requested to have my financial institution do them the INSISTED that they do it also found 2,400$ worth of paint repairs needed after they sneakily covered up some chipping and Big scratches on the bedside just enough for me to not notice at the dealership. They also robbed the tonneau cover off of the truck and refuse to answer for it. Shop anywhere else save the time , headache and money More

Worst dealership I’ve ever bought from dishonest employees. Car broke down within a week of buying it. Service department is almost just as worthless and will trash your car and give it back with mo employees. Car broke down within a week of buying it. Left my car outside in the rain with the windshield off and didn’t even bother to dry up the puddles of water down in my dash that then shorted out the radio and sprayed out all of the vents anytime you turn on the ac/heat. Wouldn’t give me a loaner vehicle while the car was being repaired after the car I just bought from them broke and then tried to charge me for fixing it. And I did end up having to pay for parts but after multiple calls, going in there twice, and writing a honest review on all platforms they decided they would do the service for free. Steve the sales manager is one of the most worthless, dishonest person I’ve ever had to deal with. Only reason they have 5 star rating is because if you write a bad review they call and harass you non stop and offer free oil changes for you to change/ delete the review. Which I never took them up on because I wouldn’t trust the service department to fill it up with gas much less change the oil. More
