I have dealt with Bill Estes Ford in the past and have always been treated fairly and with respect. My sister was looking for a car to replace her 2009 Ford Fusion that had been totaled in an accident. I always been treated fairly and with respect. Mike was very friendly and we had a nice discussion about the various cars available and what might best fit her needs. We looked at a few cars and settled on a 2016 Toyota Corolla. After taking it on a test drive my sister decided that was the one for her. We met with Joel in the finance dept. and worked everything out. Joel was very pleasant and informative. While we were doing that Mike had the car vacuumed and washed and then had the gas tank filled. I might mention too that Mike had a young assistant who brought all the cars from the lot to the front door so we could look at them and he also ran a number of errands connected with the purchase. He was a very busy and polite young man. It was nice working with Mike. Trying to buy a car can be stressful but Mike and his team made it a pleasant experience. More

Absolutely terrible customer service after calling to gouge me for more money requesting “out of state title and doc fees” even though I requested to have my financial institution do them the INSISTED th gouge me for more money requesting “out of state title and doc fees” even though I requested to have my financial institution do them the INSISTED that they do it also found 2,400$ worth of paint repairs needed after they sneakily covered up some chipping and Big scratches on the bedside just enough for me to not notice at the dealership. They also robbed the tonneau cover off of the truck and refuse to answer for it. Shop anywhere else save the time , headache and money More
