This place is a joke, They break your car & don't take responsibility for it, Took my van for oil change, Didn't tighten the lug nuts, About lost a wheel, Put my life & others in danger. Didn't reset th responsibility for it, Took my van for oil change, Didn't tighten the lug nuts, About lost a wheel, Put my life & others in danger. Didn't reset the oil life. Two days later I get message on dash saying, Oil change required, Contact dealer, Rotated tires. I get low pressure in left front on dash, It was my left rear, Didn't reset those either. My mother took her car for an oil change, Two weeks later started leaking oil, Took it to another garage, Bill Estes. Broke her oil filter mount, They are charging her over $1,700.00 to fix THEIR screw up. They have had her car for 11 days, She's been calling EVERY DAY, No call back, no communication, so she drove out there today, was there for two and a half hours, wasn't able to talk to anybody to find out what is going on with her car, still has no idea what is going on with her car, still left in the dark, Even the operator says well I will personally take a message out to them, she doesn't do what she says either because they still never give her a call. Best advice if you want to keep your vehicle in good standards in good running condition stay clear of Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg Indiana. Would never never recommend that place to anybody not even your worst enemy. More

Our car is an all wheel drive so at a minimum two tires have to be replaced so that the transfer case does not mess up. Obviously the warranty company was only going to replace one. So I called the dealership just on the off chance, fully expecting them to say no there’s nothing we can do. Was I surprised when they said they were looking into it and then not only did they look into it and get right back with me. They paid for a second tire Directly to the tire repair facility before the warranty company even paid the tire repair facility. I was absolutely blown away and that is a level of service that I never expected to receive but extremely happy that I did and now I will make sure that I tell everybody about that and also Will continue to use them to purchase our next vehicles. More

I was impressed with the accuracy of Steve's estimated delivery date considering the build and delivery was entirely out of the dealer's control. When it arrived he worked with me to arrange a convenient time for me to pick up my car. My order was exactly as I expected both in product and in price. There were no surprises. I traded in my 2020 Ford EcoSport and received a very competitive price. Chris Dillon, the finance representative, called me in advance of pickup to go over the numbers and ensure I was prepared, both financially and with the required paperwork to complete my transaction. The entire process was quick, efficient, and pleasant. My sales representative, Steve, has been available since my purchase to answer questions about my new purchase that inevitably come up when someone purchases a new vehicle. Steve is patient, readily available, and always responsive. Steve and Gabe (the tech person) assisted me with updating my FordPass app to remove my trade-in and add my new vehicle. I have used the Bill Estes Ford service and parts departments in the past and have always been satisfied with their customer service and end result. I will continue to use the extensive services offered at Bill Estes Ford and would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to my friends and family. More
