Very upset with how we were treated by everyone we came in contact with! Once they get their money they lie, don't trust anything they say! They told me the amount to have my bank check made out and then w in contact with! Once they get their money they lie, don't trust anything they say! They told me the amount to have my bank check made out and then when I got there it was for too much (luckily I read my paperwork) I was assured they would mail me a check, Ha! Do yourself a favor and bring yourself and your money elsewhere! I never write reviews but I'll feel better if I can save someone else from what I went through. More

Feeling sorry for the salesmen/women My wife and I went in to look at used, low-mileage Toyota RAV4s that they had in stock... One only had 29K mileage and was on their lot as clean and r My wife and I went in to look at used, low-mileage Toyota RAV4s that they had in stock... One only had 29K mileage and was on their lot as clean and ready to go. I did not take it for a test drive until I checked everything , including under the hood. As soon as we opened up the hood my wife and I both noticed Mice droppings all up and around the air in-take cowl which butts right up to the windshield. I immediately opened the passenger door and showed the 'brand new' salesman how to check for mice issues. I dropped the glove compartment and pulled out the cabin-air filter. It was loaded with Mice dung! I told the salesman that this is how you check to see if mice have invaded in which this case they most certainly had. Of course he was at a loss for words. We walked back into the showroom and his boss, Donna was of course ready with all sorts of questions as to what we felt about the vehicle. I mentioned how dirty and filthy the vehicle was as well as the mice issue. Her response: " Oh we can fix that . No biggie " Needless to say it was a nightmare trying to get out of the place without 'Donna' wanting to know what else they could sell us. Needless to say, we simply stated, 'We're going to sleep on it and possibly get back to you' and we left.! First of all, you don't place non-detailed pre-owned as well as so-called 'Certified' used inventory on the lot without going through the vehicles completely. They were all junk in my opinion~! I would not recommend this dealership... *Period~! More

Exceptional Experience with Ali and with Donna My mother and stepfather were in the market for a pre-owned (or new) Sienna minivan. We found a couple at Dube. Both were used Siennas which fit right in the price and payment range, as well as some new vehicle options which interested us. The pricing was more than fair and the salesperson and sales manager were so nice. Debbie (the owner) came over and introduced us to her cute little dog as well :) Just a great experience overall and I would highly recommend Ali to anybody.
