We visited 5 car dealerships and thank goodness we ended up at Bill Dube's Toyota! Brian Doyle is the best car consultant we've worked with - no aggressive sales pitch, no pressure. He is professional, frie up at Bill Dube's Toyota! Brian Doyle is the best car consultant we've worked with - no aggressive sales pitch, no pressure. He is professional, friendly and accessible. He gave us an excellent/fair price and we couldn't be happier! We purchased a Corolla Hybrid - it drives like a dream and I've only spent $4 on gas in the past 10 days! John was also wonderful - answering all our questions about options and maintenance. Again, there was no pressure. We don't plan on buying another car for a long time, but when we do, it will only be with Bill Dube's Toyota. More
Brian Doyle was my Salesman. Promises make and promises kept. Brians attention to detail was awesome. Follow up returned calls and messages were spot on. Went over everything on Promises make and promises kept. Brians attention to detail was awesome. Follow up returned calls and messages were spot on. Went over everything on my Explorer with me. Very busy that day but kept me informed ever step of the way. Just a great experience today. Great job and Thank You Brian for all that you do. He even cleaned up my license plates from my trade before he handed them to me (who does that). I will definitely be back and let everyone know where they should buy a car. Thanks again for all that you. More
I'll preface this review by saying I was a technician of over 7 years. I highly do not recommend going here for sales at least, not sure about service because I never got that far with them. Had to greatly over 7 years. I highly do not recommend going here for sales at least, not sure about service because I never got that far with them. Had to greatly negotiate with Josh for $12 touch up paint which is generally a courtesy at a legitimate dealership but was felt like I was being coerced into coming in for service in exchange for said touch up paint.. I was lied to about touch up paint: I was told many times it was ordered and it wasn't in yet, what they don't know is I called the parts department and they had one in stock the entire time. Was lied to about my trade in at point of sale and afterwards, and he knew I knew the second time.. terrible manners and communication. They don't care about you after you've signed, terrible experience. After chatting with someone from their customer relations team after I left my Google review: They decided it was my fault, told me that I had buyers remorse, which is only true because of the dealership I chose (all said and done I love my truck, just not the treatment or people). They told me that since no one threatened or forced me to sign anything that it's my fault for believing them... apparently their sales tactic is just ok with them to lie and get away with it as long as they don't force you to sign? This place is unbelievable... More
Our experience with Brian Doyle was wonderful. What started as a potential stressful purchase, turned out to be a great experience. We are so happy that we were able to get the car we wanted. The following review was written immediately after our purchase, but we decided to “sleep on it” for over a year. We still feel that this abysmal rating is justified, hence our posting a year later. I purchase, but we decided to “sleep on it” for over a year. We still feel that this abysmal rating is justified, hence our posting a year later. I also posted this review on google but it is suspiciously not public. I suspect Bill Dube is suppressing negative reviews. We got screwed by Dubes! My girlfriend and I were looking to purchase a used Rav4 and after a ton of searching, we decided to buy a 2018 with low miles at Bill Dube's. We ended up working with the salesman Sam Mash. Initially, Sam seemed to be a typical salesman and we did not have any issues working with him. We asked Sam about getting the upgraded floor mats, roof rails, and a roof rack included for free. Sam said that he could not do all three but implied that the upgraded floor mats and roof rails would be included for free. Upon deciding that we wanted the car, we were presented with an invoice that included the base price of the car, half of the upgraded mats that we requested, the roof rails, and the labor to install, all of it to be paid for by us (at an even higher cost than it would have been to buy these parts elsewhere). We were told that the car had been mis-priced anyway and that we were getting a deal regardless of the previously mentioned accessories not being included. Feeling deceived, we considered this an issue, but as young adults working full time, we needed to get a car ASAP so we decided to continue with the purchase without the accessories that we were previously told could be included for free. Before signing the paperwork Sam told us that they could DEFINITELY match or beat the lease that our bank had offered us and that we could take the car home that night. After some more milling about, we were told that they could not beat the lease and that we would have to go through our bank. We were fine with that at this point, as it was nearing closing time at Bill Dube’s, and we just wanted to get the car and move on with our lives. After we signed the paperwork that said we were going to purchase the car we were told to go into the financial office to finish our paperwork. In the financial office we were told that we could NOT take the car home and would have to do the 4+ hours driving again the next day (forcing the both of us to miss more work). These were not the only issues we had with Bill Dube. We were also told that they could buff out a scratch on the driver's side front bumper before we took it home, and they did not. Sam said that they tried to but the scratch looked identical to when I saw it the day before. They also did not even complete the necessary paperwork after we spent all day there so we had to miss more work and wait for them to get that done in the morning before we could pick up the car. Sam also seemed to know very little about the paperwork he was having us sign. Lastly, everyone had face masks but several of the salesmen were wearing them around their chin (not covering their mouths or nose) the entire time that we were there (this was during the height of the pandemic over a year ago). Upon the first visit to our mechanic with the Rav4 we also learned that the wheels were severely out of alignment and were causing uneven wear on the tires which required replacement shortly thereafter. The brakes also needed replacing shortly after our purchase. After spending a total of about 8 hours at Bill Dube's, we have left feeling deceived and lied to while regretting having given them our business. We will never be bringing our business back to Dube’s. More
My experience with Bill Dube was great. I had called beforehand to see if they had my desired car in stock and the pricing was much cheaper than the other dealers around New Hampshire. Upon I had called beforehand to see if they had my desired car in stock and the pricing was much cheaper than the other dealers around New Hampshire. Upon arrival the staff was very helpful and informative. I had made a deposit on a Rav4 Hybrid and expected it to arrive in June/July. When one became available a week later, Brian called me and made arrangements for me to pick it up the following day. As it was unplanned, I had to leave by a certain time. Brian and the rest of the people at Bill Dube were very accommodating and made sure I was able to leave at the necessary time. 10/10 service :) More
Worst experience at a car dealership in 20 years of buying cars. Blatantly predatory and discriminatory sales practices - avoid at all costs! Full story: I spent some time contacting a number of dea buying cars. Blatantly predatory and discriminatory sales practices - avoid at all costs! Full story: I spent some time contacting a number of dealerships to find a specific model and trim for my elderly parents, who needed a base model due to living on a fixed budget. We found that Bill Dube had one incoming soon, and we put a deposit down on it, with the promise from sales manager Anne that we would get a fair price for our trade that would be "in the range" of the KBB estimate (KBB trade-in value for our trade was $21k to $23k). Our new car arrived, and we drove the 90 minutes from our home in MA to pick it up. Once we got there and handed in our trade for a final valuation. Our salesman Darryl came back with an offer of $18500 for the car. I told him that we knew the car would be at least $25k on his lot, and we expected the trade value to be close to $22k, and asked why he was offering so little. He explained that he indeed expected to put the car on the lot for close to $26k, but he was only going to give us $18500. He explained that he thought it needed some work (brakes and tires). Then, he explained that if we didn't trade it to him, we would have two problems. First, if we left the lot without the trade-in, we would pay MA taxes on the full price of the new car, rather than the difference between the purchase and the trade. So he was reducing the amount he was offering for the trade by that amount. Second, we didn't have a new set of plates, and he was willing to bet that my elderly parents and I were not going to be willing to drive a 3-hour round trip to pick up the car. So given those, he was going to offer us a value that reflected our situation. It seems that he discounted $2000 from the value of the car. The work the car needed was no more than $1500, and the fair trade-in value of the car was $22k. At this point, we had already put down a deposit, so we had no choice but it accept their offer. This was a simply astounding experience. The coldly calculated explanation of how they were stealing money from my parents, who are struggling to make ends meet as retirees in today's economy was simply mind-blowing. It didn't feel like anyone in the entire place had an ounce of human emotion. More

I came in with a terrible car and I left with a brand new one. They work with you, they listen to you and treat you as a person and not just a sale. They do their job and they do it well and in a timely fashion. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
