This is the second recall I have had completed there, and the second bad experience. I have seen your "standards" and couldnt trust you to touch my vehicle again, so i brought the car to another garage. A Funny thing is, I actually heard the customer in front of me being given the same excuses from Ben,"Were only human", "overlooked it", etc. About parts being loose or left dissassembled on his vehicle! He didnt seem mechanically knowledgable enough to speak up. But I am. $135 an hour and your work isnt Quality checked afterwards? That's safe From the first second I stepped in the door I was treated with disrespect (Ben) and was told my recall was just "spam mail" And No, I dont want to talk about the repair or ever go back here. If at least 1 reader sees this and is saved the hassle of the experienced here It's worth my time to write this review
