Where do I start? First, I paid more than $160 for "service" to learn something I already knew. I was told the warning light I had flashing was my transmission. Auto Z First, I paid more than $160 for "service" to learn something I already knew. I was told the warning light I had flashing was my transmission. Auto Zone told me the same thing for free a few days ago. When I asked what specifically was the problem with the transmission I was told that would cost me an additional $400-$500 to perform a more "in-depth analysis" of my transmission. What the xxxx was the first computer analysis for then? I also dropped my car off with two WORKING FOBs. Obviously it was working when I dropped it off or I couldn't have dropped it off in the first place. I then received a call that they could not start the car and could I bring in my back up FOB. We did so the next morning and the car started with the back up. For my convenience, they did offer to waive a $100 programming fee for the other FOB and I could get a new one for only $200! Wow, what a deal, I have two working FOBs before I bring my car in for service, and I come away with only one working FOB for something they did to it AND I get to pay $200. No thanks. I also asked about a class action suit pending against Nissan Rogue faulty transmissions and was basically told "they didn't settle so nothing can be done." I have since found out that this was not the truth. Google Nissan Rogue Trasmission Class Action suit and read for yourself. The have done extended warranties and reimbursed customers for repairs due to faulty, shoddy craftsmanship on the transmission. Needless to say, none of the other work I wanted done was performed. I do not trust this dealer anymore. More
