Chris is a good salesperson- not pushy at all and very friendly. Of course at my age if someone is too pushy of a salesperson I would just leave the dealership. I had been thinking about a new car for a while, but remained undecided about what I really wanted. I talked with the Sales Manager Jake and explained the features I was hoping to find. My entire experience at Bill Dodge PreOwned in Brunswick was outstanding. I had been shopping for a vehicle for several months with little luck. I had a very specific budget and set of needs. Dwan and her manager Jake were able to locate the PERFECT vehicle for me within the dealer's several pre-owned lots to match these needs to a "T". Dwan went WAY out of her way to make all the details of the sale work for me and my fiancee, including; our financial options, having the vehicle delivered to Brunswick from Westbrook for us to test drive it (entirely accommodating our schedule), the delivery of the vehicle (drove it home the same day), the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle, and every aspect of the business dealings. Chris, the finance/business manager, made the finance and paperwork aspect of the sale very pleasant and as stress-free as possible. He even put on another temp tag himself when the original one blew off in high winds. I will definitely highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a used vehicle in superb condition! First of all, I have to state that I have anxiety issues & REALLY can't stand pushy sales people; with that said, my wife & I needed a new vehicle & started the loathsome process of finding not only a vehic & REALLY can't stand pushy sales people; with that said, my wife & I needed a new vehicle & started the loathsome process of finding not only a vehicle we liked, but one we could afford (we have champagne taste on a beer budget)! Our original plan was to get an SUV & after test driving numerous vehicles, mostly American made products (or so I thought but later found that many "domestic brands" were actually made in Mexico or Canada), then we stopped in Bill Dodge Hyundai to see what they had to offer & test drove a Santa Fe and we were hooked. Up to now, I had only made the mistake of giving one salesperson (at a different dealership) my phone number & was constantly being hounded by him, and was hoping the Bill Dodge salesperson was different. Heather Sullivan was to be that person & I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised. She was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and, most importantly, NOT pushy. She did make all the follow-up calls she was required to make, but did it without being pushy at all. Long story short, after weeks of Heather working hard to find what we were looking for, my wife & I realized that the SUV we really wanted was out of our price range at this time, so we decided to lease an Elantra. I know she had to go to bat for us to get us the price we were looking for (and needed to make it possible) & she hit a home run! She, George & Chris put together an unbelievable deal for us & we are truly grateful. So, once we are done helping our children pay for college, we will seek out Heather specifically to purchase the Santa Fe that we really wanted. Thank you so much! More
