Poor communication No one ever called to let me know my car was ready, I finally called at end of day and it was like no one knew about my car. Deceptive sales tactics! We made an appointment to look at a car that was advertised on the internet. On the website it wasn't disclosed anywhere that the car wouldn't pass i We made an appointment to look at a car that was advertised on the internet. On the website it wasn't disclosed anywhere that the car wouldn't pass inspection and would require $2400.00 worth of repairs in order to pass a state inspection. This was a classic bait and switch and the person we dealt with got real defensive when I called them out on it. He even showed me in one of the online photo's a picture of the window disclosure form which is completely unreadable without a magnifying glass. An honest dealership would have made it easy to see that the car would need costly repairs right up front in their online add. The car was advertised a few thousand below the KBB average sales price but with the cost of repairs it would have placed the car at the high end of the fair market pricing and as per Carfax it had been involved in two accidents and had many blemishes. We figured we were there so we did take a look at other used cars and all were priced at the high end of the KBB fair purchase price range and were in poor condition for the amount they were asking. The shopping continues but not at Bill Dodge! More
