He told me it was silver and a 2011, as it had a big, yellow "11" sticker on the windshield that I could plainly see. I know it's not his fault, he wasn't trained properly. This makes me question what kind of orientation this person had and I can tell you don't take time to educate your employees. My vehicle was very dirty on the inside at time of pick up (chocolate smears on the inside and in the door jam). The inspection sticker was not updated, even though I was charged for it (5 month old). Heated seat did not work and my tire pressure sensor went off 1 mile down the road after leaving the dealership. I love my truck now that I've cleaned it up. After paying all of that money I feel I should have had a better experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I don't plan on coming back for another vehicle. I have had much better experiences at other dealerships, who have employees that where educated about the product they are selling. More
